Marcelo Valencia has been working in construction for more than 10 years. He is from Constitución and has two children, whom he had to leave for a while to go to work in the V region.

He left his city in search of work and arrived in Valparaíso, where he set up a team of three people to remodel houses.

On the afternoon of the first Wednesday of November his truck was stolen and all his tools were in it, leaving him and his three workers without a job.
