Alejandra lives in Hornopirén with her husband and young daughter.

Together, they started a fried empanada business in the area. However, the pandemic meant that they could no longer receive people, and in effect, their income dropped drastically.

They are now redirecting their sales with home delivery or pick-up at the store. To do so, they need to remodel the store and build an entrance where their customers can easily pick up their products.
