Mrs. Maria would travel the streets of Talca with a supermarket cart, searching through the neighbors' trash and garbage for possible items to sell at the city's flea fair and thus improve the meager pension she receives after the death of her husband in the 2010 earthquake. With her tired legs and arms, she only asked for a tricycle so she would not have to push the cart, as she does not give up and wants to continue working. She is a fighter woman who was just asking for a chance.

Thanks to the anonymous help of a group of friends, she was able to buy a tricycle and thus fulfill the dream of this great woman, who is known by her neighbors for having a big heart and for sharing what little she has with those who need it most. So much so, that when Desafío Levantemos Chile arrived with her tricycle, a neighbor went and told her:" see, good things happen to good people".

Today Mrs. Maria has more strength than ever, because she has seen that she will be able to continue traveling the streets of Talca, now not only looking for objects to sell, but on her new tricycle she will be able to carry out a new enterprise, selling flowers and thus fulfilling her dream.
