Isabel Gaete lives with her husband and son in Cerro 18, in the Lo Barnechea district. She is a fighter, and her main goal is to give her children a better education and lift her family out of poverty. For this, she has become an entrepreneur. She modified her house, where she set up her gastronomic business selling roast chicken and french fries. Currently she has a fryer and an oven, both small, that force her to cook constantly and she cannot keep the food in good condition.
