Maite is a little girl who lives in the city of Linares. Since she was very young she began to suffer from Leigh syndrome, a neurodegenerative disease that has her in a state of severe dependence on her parents.

Although there is no specific treatment for this syndrome, Maite requires an orthopedic bed, which simplifies the manual handling of her needs and provides her with great comfort.

Thanks to you and the support of other donors, we were able to provide her with a 3-position orthopedic bed, which will facilitate the control of her parents and will also allow little Maite to have more pleasant nights.
