Nissia is a motivated dough entrepreneur from the commune of Hualaihué, who is known for her tasty empanadas and incredible kneaded bread.

At home she did not have the space to continue with her business: the living room was her kitchen workshop and prevented family gatherings and the use of this common space.

But thanks to you being part of the solution, today Nissia has a small workshop in the backyard of her house for her preparations.
